TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDERS & DELIVERY

All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by 

JulesMatPhotography. JulesMatPhotography may vary prices in the event of price changes or errors made by suppliers with reasonable prior notice to you. 

If JulesMatPhotography requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to JulesMatPhotography, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.

JulesMatPhotography or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. 

Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by JulesMatPhotography as soon 

as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by JulesMatPhotography to be authorised to receive the goods. 

Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them, and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.

PRICES & PAYMENT

For each online order, you must pay: 

1. The applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by JulesMatPhotography and 

2. The delivery and handling fee specified on the website at that time.

Your order details are safe and secure. We can only accept payments using PayPal, MasterCard, Visa Card and others as stated on the JulesMatPhotography website.

We cannot accept COD charges. Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

JulesMatPhotography is bound by the NSW Fair Trading obligations for product exchange and refund. JulesMatPhotography is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

PRODUCTS

All our products are sent to you in good condition and well packaged. If an item is damaged or lost in transit, we will replace it for you. 

YOUR ACCOUNT

You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your username and password. You are liable if your username or password is used by an unauthorised person. You agree to release and indemnify JulesMatPhotography in connection with any use (whether authorised or unauthorised) of your username or password. JulesMatPhotography may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.

SECURITY

Credit card details are not stored on our server. Online payments are made via PayPal, MasterCard, Visa Card and other credit cards to our account. We utilise our own dedicated security certificate form with the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology to secure customer information supplied when registering a profile.

PRIVACY

JulesMatPhotography will not reveal your personal information to external organisations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order. We do not provide third parties with access to your personal data.

As a customer of JulesMatPhotography you may receive occasional email communications from JulesMatPhotography that relate to the products we provide to you, and you will have the option to opt-out of all non-essential email.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. 

JulesMatPhotography may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.

All images are the exclusive property of JulesMatPhotography and may not be copied or reproduced, transmitted, manipulated or used in any way without written permission of the photographer.
